Atkinson Designs  is one of my favorite  designers. I tried out this pattern right before  the holidays.  I made the 2 red/black ones for myself. The Mickey & Minnie bags were gifts to some sewing  peeps. It's a simple bag with great results. I love when a first time project  can be used for something.

Soup Cozies were made for the first time before Christmas.  I made 15 and sold them to one person. I  made some for a few friends and Mom . I gave the  teachers  some as gifts . They were a hit .  Great tutorials are all over the internet for free.
